Returns & Complaints

We supply professional drone components exclusively to business customers. This webshop is not intended for private consumers.

All orders are processed under business-to-business (B2B) terms. Therefore, consumer rights such as the 14-day withdrawal period and standard consumer warranty do not apply.

If you believe your order is incorrect or the product is defective upon arrival, you may submit a return request. All requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Important:

  • No technical support or advice is provided
  • Returns due to “no longer interested” or “changed my mind” will not be accepted
  • Products must be unused and in their original condition

How to submit a return request:

  1. Request the Return Form

     to request the Return Form.

  2. Complete the Form
    Fill out the Return Form once you receive it.

  3. Include your invoice
    Attach a copy of your invoice along with the completed form.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
