We serve professional end users and business clients only. This webshop is not intended for consumers or private customers.
We do not offer telephone support or consumer services.
3. Product Information & Liability
All technical documentation and branding are the responsibility of the original manufacturer.
4. Delivery
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery time are provided during the ordering process
- Orders are shipped once all items are in stock
5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We do not offer a general return policy.
As we exclusively operate under B2B conditions, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Returns without prior written approval will not be accepted.
6. Warranty & Service
- Warranty is subject to the terms of the original manufacturer
- BSS provides no technical support, installation help, or usage training
- Questions about firmware, functionality, compatibility, or updates must be addressed to the manufacturer
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, or damages resulting from improper product use.
Customers are responsible for compliance with local regulations concerning UAS (drones) and related equipment.
8. Pricing & Payment
All prices are excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Orders are only processed after full payment has been received.
Shipping cost will be added to the final payment, and is not included in the prices in and excluding VAT.
9. Governing Law
These general terms are governed solely by Dutch law.
All disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where our company is registered.
