DUAL-USE & EXPORT CONTROL STATEMENT (B2B)
(Mandatory acceptance when purchasing via the BSS Drone Portal)
1. Applicability
By placing an order through the BSS Drone Portal, the customer declares that they have 
read and accepted this Dual-Use and Export Control Statement.
2. Regulatory Framework
The customer acknowledges that the supplied products (including drones, components, 
software, and technology) may be subject to:
• the EU Dual-Use Regulation (EU) 2021/821 
• national export control legislation 
• international sanctions regimes 
• (where applicable) U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) 
3. End Use and End User
The customer declares and guarantees that:
1. the products will be used exclusively for lawful civilian purposes; 
2. the products will not be used for: 
o military applications without the required authorization 
o weapons of mass destruction (WMD) 
o nuclear, chemical, or biological programs 
3. the customer will not supply products to: 
o sanctioned countries 
o sanctioned entities or individuals 
4. Export and Re-export
The customer undertakes:
1. not to export, re-export, or transfer products in violation of applicable laws and 
regulations; 
2. to independently obtain all required licenses and authorizations; 
3. to immediately inform BSS Holland in case of doubt regarding export control or 
end use.

5. Screening and Due Diligence
The customer confirms that:
• they are responsible for screening customers, end users, and countries; 
• they will not engage in transactions that violate sanctions legislation. 
6. Liability and Indemnification
1. The customer is fully responsible for compliance with export control legislation. 
2. BSS Holland shall not be liable for: 
o violations committed by the customer 
o consequences resulting from improper or unlawful use 
3. The customer fully indemnifies BSS Holland against all damages, claims, and 
penalties arising from violations of this statement. 
7. Right to Refuse and Suspend
BSS Holland reserves the right to:
• refuse or cancel orders 
• suspend deliveries 
• request additional information 
if there is any suspicion of a violation of export control legislation.
8. Audit and Information Obligation
At the request of BSS Holland, the customer shall provide:
• information regarding end use and end user 
• relevant documentation (e.g., End-User Statement) 
9. Sanctions for Non-Compliance
In the event of a violation of this statement:
• all rights of the customer shall lapse 
• the agreement may be terminated immediately 
• any damages and costs may be recovered
